"Cold packs were nearly thawed"
It showed up still cool, so I guess it was okay, but the cold packs were almost done by the time I opened it. Felt like they barely packed enough to keep everything chilled, especially if it had been delayed or...

"Delivery was late, late, late"
I ordered from them thinking it would get here quick, but nope. The delivery date kept getting pushed back again and again, and the tracking basically sat there without much of an update. I ended up having to run out and buy the animal supplies locally anyway, which was super frustrating. I don’t think I’d take that chance again...

"Packaging was kinda meh tbh"
My order showed up on time, so that was great, but the packaging could’ve been better ngl. The box was a little crushed on one side and there wasn’t much padding inside, so a few things moved around during shipping. Thankfully nothing was broken, but it didn’t feel super secure. Not the worst experience, just average imo

"Helpful Team and Solid Advice"
I had a good experience with PBS Animal Health overall. I wasn’t completely sure what I needed for my goats, but the staff were knowledgeable and explained things in a clear, straightforward way without overcomplicating it. Shipping went smoothly too, which was nice. I’m giving 4 stars only because the website took me a little while to navigate, but otherwise, I was happy with the service...

Overall, the quality is just okay. A few of the items feel kind of cheap (not terrible, just not as nice as I was hoping), so I’m not totally impressed.

"Getting my order fixed was exhausting"
They did end up fixing my order eventually, but the whole process took way longer than it should have. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, they weren’t all that helpful. By the end of it, I felt mentally drained just trying to get a simple issue sorted out

"Shipping Cost Killed the Order"
I was ready to grab a few things, but once I saw the shipping cost, I just couldn’t justify it. For a small order, it felt way too high, and it kind of put me off the whole purchase. I ended up abandoning my cart because it didn’t feel worth it anymore. Unless the shipping gets cheaper, I probably won’t bother ordering from them...

I ordered a few things for my goats and they worked just like I needed them to. After using them, I can say they did the job and held up well. Shipping was decent too, not the fastest ever, but nothing to complain about. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d order again

"Checkout Worked... Eventually"
I did manage to place my order, so points for that, I guess. The checkout was a little clunky and slow, and I had to double-check my shipping info twice because apparently once just wasn’t enough fun. Payment went through fine in the end, but the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth. Not awful, not amazing, just kind of there.

"Left feeling a bit annoyed about the prices"
I walked away feeling kind of irritated because the same stuff seems to cost less at other places. It just didn’t feel like a very fair deal to me.

"Usually Has What I’m Looking For"
I’ve had a good experience using this site for animal health supplies. Most of the things I need are usually in stock, which is really all you can ask for with this kind of stuff. One item I wanted was out last time, but that happens. Overall, they seem to have a solid selection and it’s a reliable place to check first

"Wish I’d Checked the Size Sooner"
My order arrived and most of it was right, but one item came in the wrong size. It wasn’t a huge disaster, just a little frustrating because I’d been looking forward to using it. Shipping was fine overall, but I do wish the order had been checked more carefully before it went out.

"Decent site, but the selection felt limited"
The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, so I don’t want to be too harsh. But the product selection felt limited to me. I was looking for a few basic items and couldn’t find them, so I ended up ordering from another store. It may work well if they carry what you need, but it didn’t quite work out for me this time

I ordered a few animal health items and, i was happy with it overall. The expiration dates were nice and fresh, not right around the corner like I’ve gotten from some other places. One bottle had a slightly shorter date than the others, but it was still totally fine and had plenty of time left to use it. Shipping was, you know, fine too. I’d order again.

"Found what I needed, but had to poke around a bit"
I did end up finding the stuff I needed for my animals, but I had to trust my instinct and click around more than I expected. Some of the categories were easy enough to figure out, but a few things felt tucked away, and the search didn’t always bring up what I was actually typing in.

Checkout was fine once I finally got there, just not as quick or smooth as I’d hoped. Overall, the site works and I’d use it again, but it could definitely be cleaner and easier to sort through.

"Good prices sometimes, but shipping makes it confusing??"
I’ve ordered from PBS Animal Health a couple of times, and overall the prices seem decent. A few things were definitely cheaper than what I’d pay at my local store, but then shipping gets added and suddenly I’m like, wait, did I actually save anything??

It’s probably worth it if you’re stocking up or placing a bigger order. For smaller stuff, though, it’s not always the best deal. Not a bad site at all, just kind of depends on what you’re buying.
